#193 Jenna McCoy: Balancing Motherhood, Growing a Business, Your Health & Alignment

Join us for another episode of the Punch Drunk Soul Podcast where I interview health coach and new mom, Jenna McCoy. On this episode we'll explore stepping into motherhood while running your own business and working on your health and self-care. We'll explore how Jenna has been learning to balance it all with the tips, tricks, and insider scoop into how she's been able to do it.

Jenna is a mom and coach for women who want to lose weight and get healthy in a really nourishing, holistic way.

She is a child of the 90's, when diet culture was at an all time high. She witnessed first hand all the women around her trying every fad diet that graced the cover of magazines, and at the young age 11 she went on her first diet.

This grew into a lifetime of dieting and over exercising. The obsession only deepened in her 20s when she would severely restrict what she ate, which led to binging. She said she was miserable and knew then that there had to be a better way to live.

But it wasn't until years later that she found what she now calls food freedom. Since then she's made it her life's mission to educate and help women - especially moms who struggle to prioritize their own health and needs. Overall, Jenna wants to make sure you know that you can have your cake and eat it too!

Tune into this episode to get inspired today!
