Jess Barbasino

MASTERMIND LEAD SUCCESS COACH
Jess has over a decade of experience as a coach and transformational leader, and inside PDS she is our lead success coach for our Mastermind. Jess loves supporting our students in moving through big blocks, embodying Feminine Leadership and mastering authentic sales so they can magnetize their clients by being their authentic visible self. Some of her favorite moments are hanging with the ladies and Ali on retreats in-person and the huge shifts that our clients have during those precious moments together!
Traci Ferguson

PATH TO FREEDOM LEAD SUCCESS COACH
Traci is a Relationship Coach and our Lead Success Coach inside Path to Freedom Coach Accelerator. Traci joined our 4 Day Soul Aligned Biz Challenge in 2019, resigned from her 9-5 and never looked back! She loves the freedom that coaching provides for her to be at home with her kiddos - and all the extra abundance it provides for her family. Current PTF students are coached by Traci on 1:1 calls to help them successfully move through the program and enroll their first clients! You can also find her on our Co-Coaching Community calls and some group coaching calls inside Path to Freedom!

Jaleesa completed her Path to Freedom journey in September 2021 She now coaches her own clients as a Creative Mindset Coach and supports our PTF clients in their journey to become coaches. As an Alumni Support Coach she hopes to be with you every step of your journey, and remind you of your power and abilities. She is an avid Harry Potter and Marvel universe nerd! She's well known among our clients for helping them uncover what's been holding them back & releasing it so they can find success in their biz. She has a knack for helping women dream bigger & create action steps to achieve their vision. Lara loves getting deep into unconscious blocks and working through fears somatically on her calls.

Geselle Zabala, who we all fondly call “Gie” is a single mom with two beautiful daughters - Naya & Skye. Gie is like our company magician, making everything happen behind the scenes! She wears all the hats around our business, making sure that all the programs run smoothly with automation and the systems in place, producing our podcast, editing videos, basically getting shit done so that our coaches have more time to do what they do best- supporting and coaching our clients! Gie shares “I love working in a supportive and nurturing environment, where our team members help each another succeed. Being part of a team of women working towards common goals has really given me sense of purpose and belonging.”
Jenna Morton

COMMUNITY BUILDER
Jenna is our heart-centered, communication specialist! She has a passion for holistic health, graduated from IIN in June 2020 and has been showing up fiercely to help humans take back their wholeness since! Jenna is also a PTF and SWS Alumni. You'll most often see her connecting with our community on social media in the DM's! She also supports our students in mastering online and offline conversations through creating safety and trust with their potential clients. Her #1 goal is helping women come alive through getting clear on what the next step on their path as a coach is! She's here to hold space, help you move through fears and get you moving in the direction of your soul purpose!
Sheine Lopez

COMMUNITY RESEARCH SPECIALIST
If coaching were a sport, Sheine would be our team's "coach scout!" She spends hours every week researching and discovering up and coming coaches who display great potential to make an impact through what they're already sharing online, and then connects them to us. She loves being part of the team because she gets the opportunity to make a difference in womens' lives and help them jumpstart their business journeys. Emma is Ali's beloved pup! She's a black lab and shepherd mix who LOVES "going to work" with Ali every day. She reminds us all to slow down, have fun, rest, enjoy the journey, and most of all...cuddle!

We put a massive emphasis on community and sisterhood within all of our programs. Community is one of our Core Values as a company and we know that we all go further together than alone. What we hear from almost ALL of our clients when they graduate is that the community and bond with other women was exactly the thing that was missing from their success. It IS the secret ingredient to business growth that no one realizes they need. We’ve had women graduate our programs together and become bridesmaids in each other’s weddings, launch businesses together, collaborate on podcasts & on coaching programs, host retreats together…our bonds last a lifetime.
The truth is, if you don’t have faith in yourself & in the Universe/God/Source then your business will never grow with ease. We are a spirituality-minded group of women who welcome all faiths & religions and we have women from all different cultural and religious backgrounds on our team. We know in order to have success, you have to develop a higher level of faith in yourself & in your higher power, whatever that is to you. In all of our programs, we dive into deep healing inner work, shadow work, inner child work, and spiritual practices to ground& develo your faith to take you further than you’ve been able to go before.
