When I started on my healing journey earlier this year, I had a tarot reading with my cousins while they were visiting in January. It was such a fun experience and I was amazed at how accurate my reading was with how I was feeling. I had been itching to travel more and the woman who read me could tell that instantly. She also hit the nail on the head when she said Matt (my BF) was like a dog, especially a husky. OMG, he does want a husky and YES he likes to play and is super energetic and curious. #NAILEDIT. Anyway, it was a perfect way to start the new year and really helped set me on a path towards healing with confidence. One of the cards that kept coming up for me during my tarot reading was the FOOL which symbolizes new journeys and beginning anew. So when I left the House of Intuition, I also picked up one of their magic candles centered around this card. It says "You do not need to worry, let go of fear. Stop making excuses or waiting for everything to be perfect, it is time to act. Take a leap of faith. Put your trust in the universe and know that you will be taken care of." Ah, essential oils, some of nature's best medicine. I frequently use lavender oil to help me get to sleep and Matt uses it every single night, he swears by it. Each oil has different uses and people have found them to be helpful for anything from boosting your mood and energy to reducing the pain of migraines and more. As a set these make an awesome gift for your yoga-loving, meditation-centric girlfriend. I like this one from Amazon but there's also a smaller set on Amazon here as well from Art's Naturals, a brand I love as well. Another beautiful yet functional piece of decor for the modern spiritualista. There are some diffusers that use water vapor and some that don't like this nebulizer. It comes down to a personal preference of looks and use. Either way these make a room or office space smell amazing and when paired with the right essential oil they'll boost the mood of everyone in the room. #Winning!
