MADISON MORRIGAN: HEALING IS NOT LINEAR. HEALING FROM CHILDHOOD TRAUMA. THE WORTHY UNWORTHY CULTURE WE LIVE IN. THE DARK SIDE OF THE COACHING INDUSTRY.

Hi everyone! Welcome back to another episode of the Punch Drunk Soul Podcast - the best podcast for new and aspiring coaches who want to jumpstart and grow soul aligned businesses! I’m your host Ali Daniel, hopefully you know that by now! Today I am sharing an interview with Madison Morrigan. Madison is a 4x international award winning life coach, speaker, and creator of Awaken Her Soul, a 14 week mentorship program designed to help womxn embody their worth, power and fullness. Centered on self-responsibility and full expression, Madison coaches ambitious and creative womxn as shed layers of old programming keeping them small and finally come home to their true selves.

Ah, this interview is pure magic. I could feel my heart and soul engulfed in a blanket of pure love during and after this interview if that makes any sense…

I’ve actually been following Madison on Instagram since the beginning of my own coaching journey. She’s someone who really stood out to me in the beginning as someone who was truly genuine and authentic. I loved her energy then and I love her energy now. She’s incredibly wise beyond her years - I was shocked to hear she was just 29! She’s been through quite an extraordinary life that I think will inspire you all listening as a reminder of what’s possible, no matter your circumstances.Madison’s childhood was very traumatic but through each step in her healing journey she’s learned how to set better boundaries, feel at home in her body, become her true self and fulfill a deeper purpose here. And now she coaches other women how to do the same. I love this interview because it took us in so many different directions that I never could have planned for or anticipated! From understanding and healing childhood trauma, feminine consciousness, how she grew her coaching business on sheer enthusiasm alone, to how she’s learned how to manage her energy and boundaries on social media and with her online business. We also explore the dark side of the coaching industry which I think is so necessary as the coaching industry continues to boom. It’s important for everyone to have a clear idea of who they should trust as well as how to BE an online entrepreneur - because sometimes our identity can get so lost in the online space. This interview is a gentle reminder to all of us that WE are not what we do, we’re not our business, we’re not our results, we are so much more than that. And that sense of worthiness we seek through all the external accomplishments can only be found within. I hope you love this interview as much as I do and take notes because you will want to keep these golden nuggets of wisdom with you when it ends!Be sure to follow me and Madison on Instagram @MadisonMorrigan and share a screenshot on your stories if you listen to this episode! We’d love to give you a shoutout!Ok, let’s get into this interview!
