I have definitely had to set good boundaries with my social media time along with taking breaks sometimes, it's necessary for me! But the truth is, you don't NEED social media to market your business successfully and get clients. Most people think it's necessary, but it's not. It's HELPFUL (again, because it's free to reach millions of people), but not necessary.
